Policy A04 - Costs for Local Guides and Skiers

Purpose

To establish a fair and equitable charge for persons participating and benefiting from the Ski for Light International Week who are not staying in the event hotel.

Policy

Local guides and participants and others staying off-site may purchase a package of:

• all meals throughout the event week, or
• the opening night and banquet night dinners plus all lunches throughout the week, or.
• the opening night and banquet night dinners.

The package prices for local guides and participants and others staying off-site shall also include an administrative fee to reflect the value-added event activities from which they will benefit.
