To permit the SFL President to use a common resource to acknowledge those event organizers who give many hours of personal time throughout the year and at the event.
As a part of its contracts with host hotels, SFL usually is offered a limited number of complimentary double rooms. These rooms may be used as the SFL President sees fit.
The Treasurer shall provide to the President an estimate of the dollar value of the comp rooms available.
The President shall consult with the event chair and may be guided by the following: One half of a double: President, Event chair, VIP Application Coordinator, Guide Application Coordinator, MIP Coordinator, Housing and Registration Coordinator, Transportation Coordinator, SFL Treasurer, SFL Secretary, and others deemed by the President to be worthy.
Everyone still pays for his/her meals and registration fee.
