To establish the desired format and options for meal service.
All meals are "group" meals, meaning meals with a fixed menu in a location apart from other hotel guests.
Meals for the first two pre-event days (Thursday dinner through Saturday lunch) may be served buffet style.
All breakfasts during the event week are to be a "distributed buffet", except for the last breakfast which is a continental or box breakfast. The SFL "distributed buffet" is a combination of pre-set table items and hot food (staffed) stations.
All dinners during the event week are to be plated, served dinners.
Dietary options: SFL will offer standard, pescatarian and vegetarian menu options. Gluten free and vegan options may be offered as demand warrants and in accordance with the hotel's capabilities
