Policy A19 - Rental Skis

Purpose

To ensure that sufficient ski equipment will be available for beginning and experienced skiers.

Policy

SFL will provide ski equipment including skis, boots and poles at no cost to encourage the participation of first-time visually impaired participants.

All returning skiers and all guides are responsible for providing their own equipment.

SFL attempts to ensure that rental equipment is available for those who do not bring their own equipment and choose to rent.

All participants, guides and skiers, are responsible for providing their own ski clothing, wax, etc.

SFL may furnish all necessary equipment needed for mobility impaired participants.
