Policy C01 - Annual Board Meeting

Purpose

To ensure a regular opportunity for the members of the Ski for Light Board to meet and conduct business.

Policy

The first session of the annual SFL board meeting will be held on the Friday before the annual event, at the event hotel.

Copies of the agenda shall be provided electronically at least three days prior to the meeting. If revised agendas are presented at the start of the meeting, they shall also be distributed electronically. If print agendas are distributed, they should be accompanied by Braille agendas as well.
