Board Meetings

There are three Regular Meetings of the Board each year; in January, February or March; in June or July, and; in October or November.

• The Regular Meeting held in January, February or March shall be referred to as the Annual Meeting, and shall normally take place on the Friday preceding the annual Ski for Light International Week, at or near the site of the event, and may have additional sessions throughout the week.
• The Regular Meetings in or about July and October shall be referred to as the Summer and Fall Meetings, and shall normally be telephone conference meetings.
